	The cottages are situated at Courcon d'Aunis (Charente-Maritime), at the entry to "Marais Poitevin", Between Niort and La Rochelle, Twenty minutes from the Atlantic coast, One hour from Poitiers. Two hours from Nantes, Bordeaux.
Only 4km away you will find Courcon a country village which offers many services: tourist office, baker, grocery shops, butchers, restaurants, chemist, post office, banks, cash point, ... At only 20 minutes away on the Atlantic coast, find La Rochelle, the sea, the old port, the islands, the beaches. Take a day trip and visit Royan, the famous zoo at the Palmyre, the wild coasts or picnic in the forest or on the coastline of the Vendée.

On the motorway A10 Paris Bordeaux, take the exit "Niort Sud" direction La Rochelle.
